GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICIES:

Arrivals: it is necessary to provide the name of the airline company and flight number, due we every day are monitoring the flights to be sure of arrival time.

*We suggest the following on your arrival to the Cabo San Lucas Airport.
  • The driver will be waiting outside Terminal 2 (T2) with a personalized sign. If you arrive to Terminal 1 (T1) follow the groups exiting.
*We suggest the following on your arrival to the Puerto Vallarta Airport.
  • The driver will be waiting for you just outside the main door with a sign with your name.
  • If at your arrival you don’t see to our rep and/or driver. Please call us !
  • Departures: it is necessary to provide the hour of your transportation, with a maximum allowance of 15 minutes after the appointed time.
  • Cancellation

    • Cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance, otherwise there will be no refund
    • In accordance with the norms and policies of the Secretary of Communications and Transportation, the changes can be made up to five hours before the service that will be provided.
    • Last minute changes cannot be guaranteed in the service, it will depend on the availability of the vehicles
    • The reservation should be made with a minimum of 48 hours in advanced to your service for policies of the tourism sector.
